Yes, that's a bow. My wife put it there.
it was absolutely hilarious watching him try to walk with that thing on. It was like loping or something. the, he would not leave enough room going around a corner and whop into it.
We would hold him up to our faces that week and let him lick our noses so he wouldn't feel totally alone.
But, he has survived.
